a surprise birthday party for mitch!

a few weeks before his actual 30th birthday, mitch's friends throw a surprise party at chumley's.

what he thought was just a night involving dinner and a few drinks turns into a back room filled with dozens of friends (and his parents!).

the crowd assembles at chumley's in the west village. even though he's been caught off guard, mitch works the room to perfection, thanking everyone for coming out to celebrate.

dan shows off the photo he took capturing mitch's shock.

at some point during the evening, a table is removed from the crowded bar.

after posing for a few pictures, the decision is made to flee the crowded chumley's and continue drinking at the village tavern.
