proving it's hard to give up old habits, the gang meets for dinner at joya and then walks to the foot of the brooklyn bridge for ice cream at the brooklyn ice cream factory.
dan goes for a sundae and jim opts for a sugar cone.

it's an ice cream explosion! amy goes back for a second cone (and it's not even child-sized)!
a trip to o'connor's is a fitting conclusion for the evening. dan watches baseball and mary catches up with grace, another of her friends visiting from out of town.

chris m. joins the group with a plate full of bacon and french toast. chris g. adjusts his glasses, pretending to be a super-spy.
anne and kristen play with the cat while jamie, sarah and grace enjoy grapes and conversation. because a brunch without grapes and conversation is hardly a brunch.
